TYC warrants all of its products shall be free of defects in materials and /or workmanship for as long as they remain installed on the vehicle for which they were originally purchased.

Dear Valued Customer:

To ensure customer satisfaction, it is always our priority to attempt to keep damages and errors to a minimum.  Our policy is the following:

1. It is your responsibility to check all items for damages, and or scratches (check your invoice)
2. All parts are to be inspected before leaving Kar Parts Direct warehouse.
3. All parts must be returned within 21 days of initial purchase, and are subject to 20% restocking fee.
4. All parts being returned must accompany the copy of the original receipt.
5. No parts will be accepted damaged, scratched,  painted, sanded, altered or in poor condition upon return.
6. All parts must be returned in original packaging, or they will not be issued credit.
7. All Deposits or paid parts not picked up within 30 days of initial purchase losses and /or forfeits deposit/payment or the part.
8. Upon Discount on a damaged item all sales are final.  You may not return this item.
9. Once invoice is signed, all parts will be considered taken and in good condition.
